Structural Steel
Our staff are ticketed for working at heights.
We have the necessary licenses to carry out work for Builders, and Civil Construction Companies, carrying out supply of product and fabrication or labour hire maintenance work as directed.

Mobile Welding
We have two mobile welding units for site service work, both equipped with air arc gouging and mig attachment. We operate two service vehicles
Workshop
We have a fully equipped workshop located in Gympie with access for heavy vehicles. We operate two forklifts at our workshop site.
Site Maintenance Teams
Our staff is ticketed for working at heights and working in confined spaces.
We currently supply a team of qualified staff on a seven day a week continual basis at Hyne & Son, Tuan. This team carries out all on going weekly maintenance as well as project work as requested by Hyne. We have been employed by Hyne & Son since we commenced trading in 2003.
We have the ability to transport a large number of our staff from workshop to job site as a whole unit.
Sheet Metal
We have a comprehensive sheet metal workshop where we are able to cut and fold up to 6mm x 3.2m mild steel. The computerized press will accommodate any ones needs, segment blade for those "tricky" jobs. Radius blade for doing high tensile aluminum and radius curves.
Section Plate Rolling
We have the capacity to roll plate steel up to 2m in length.
Forming Rollers
This allows us to roll flat bar, angle iron, RHS and pipe.
Specialised Engineering
Line Boring
We are able to go mobile with our line borer or are equipped to carry out work in our workshop. We have the capacity to go from 50mm to 250mm.
For fast concentric bore repair of holes on backhoes, dozers, endloaders, scrapper hitches, tractors, excavators, cranes. It can be used to rebore holes in machine frames, steel mill ladles. A definite advantage is that precision field machining repairs can be made on-site and in place. Minimum amount of dismantling is required, unbolting leaks and downtime are minimized and productivity increased.
Water Spray Unit - Fire Unit
Designed and fabricated for the special purpose of farm use, this mobile water spray unit holds 400litres of water which is pumped out with a 5hp petrol fire fighter pump it is suitable for all fire fighting conditions.
Plate Aluminium Boat Building
Custom boat building from 4m to 8m. We supply kits and fabricate to all stages from basic supply to hull tacked together to fully completed boat.
